From I-5, take Hwy. 217 north toward Beaverton/Sunset Hwy. Take the Greenburg Road exit, turning left onto Greenburg Road. Turn left on Shady Lane, the first street after you cross over the freeway. Turn left into the parking lot for the Tigard Medical Mall. We are located on the 3rd floor in Suite 300.

From Hwy 26

From Hwy 26, take Hwy. 217 south toward Beaverton. Take the Greenburg Road exit, turningright onto Greenburg Road and immediately getting in the left lane. Turn left on Shady Lane, then left into the parking lot for the Tigard Medical Mall. We are located on the 3rd floor in Suite 300.
